dc.description.abstractSelf-esteem is a positive or negative evaluation of oneself. In early adolescent development, self-esteem becomes something important to pay attention to. self -esteem will have a bad impact on early teens. self-esteem is one of the impacts that arise from body shaming received by early teens in a friendship environment. One of the activities that can be done to increase self-esteem is by conducting bullet journaling. This study used an accidental sampling approach, 10 early adolescent participants who experienced body shaming which showed a significant change in the experimental group. The results of this study compared the values in the control group and the experimental group with the result that there was a significant change, namely 0.034 in the experimental group, after being given treatment. In the control group there was no significant change due to the absence of treatment.en_US
