Pengaruh Pola Pikir Kewirausahaan terhadap Intensi Kewirausahaan pada Fresh Gradute Universitas Sumatera Utara di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

During the current pandemic, entrepreneurship can be an alternative to reduce the number of unemployed people, moreover, a scholar can become an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his/her own business. If we are able to go with the flow, then this Covid-19 pandemic will be an opportunity for entrepreneurship. This makes researchers interested in researching "entrepreneurial mindset towards entrepreneurial interest in new graduates of the University of North Sumatra during the Covid-19 pandemic". The sample in this study was part of the population of fresh graduates S1 from the University of North Sumatra for the academic year 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 totaling 260 people. The method of placing the sample in this study uses purposive sampling method. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that there is an influence of entrepreneurial mindset as variable X or independent variable with entrepreneurial intensity on students as variable Y or dependent variable, during the COVID-19 pandemic because the significance value of this test is 0.002, which is less of 0.05. A coefficient determination of 54% shows about 54% the data of entrepreneurial mindset reflecting entrepreneurial intensity on students.
