The performance of lecturers in teaching process is very determined the quality of
learning and can effect towards the quality of graduation. Lecturers who has
competency will have high performance and get increase institution assurance on
his job. The variable in this research is pedagogik competence, professional
competence, personality competence and social competence. The method is used
in evaluation of the performance of lecturers in determining merit pay is Sugeno
type Fuzzy Inference System. The result of research shows triangular
membership function with the range fuzzy set use score Scala Likert, score
percentile (2, 16,84 98), score represent class data, score maximum in class. So
the conclusion in research is founded of merit pay basic performance dynamic.
