Computer science concept come with supporting computer - based decision making (Computer Based Decision Support System). In many decision making criteria and methods used. Decision Making done experts are currently doing by using several methods to get the value and raking are approaching a decision makers. Analysis of combination of Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) and Technique For Others Preferenceby Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPIS) expect can help generate search results ranking approaching a decision makers. It will be made the decision making supporting based computer (Computer Based Decision Support System) as suppport in generating the expected value, the combination method of Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) and Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in determining admissions scholarship Bidik Misi. The weakness of the TOPSIS method in determining the weighting of the criteria manually, can be overcome by using the method of AHP. In the case, AHP assessment criteria paired up to get the value weights. The weighting value is then used by TOPSIS method in the process of ranking.
