dc.description.abstractThe manufacturing of a ceramic in composition of raw materials : 30% Ballclay, 20% Feldspar, 30% Kaolin and 20% Quartz has been made. The samples of ceramic are moulded in the forms of block in size of ( 1 x 1 x 15 ) cm3 at the pressure processing of 7 tons. Each of the samples is burned within the temperatures varying between 900°C - J J 50°C and duration of intensive burning varies between 1 - 5 hours, where on 900°C- 1 00D°C temperature and duration of intensive burning various between 1 to 3 hours reduction of the volume changing is too small. And then analised is simulation for the test of both impact strength and hardness, and the measurement of both porosity and reduction of the volume are made. Simulation analysis done by using language programming of Matlab version 6.1. Pursuant to result of simulation analysis obtained data the impact strength and hardness of the samples are increased with increase in duration and temperature of burning, according to the formerly data. These are closely related to the decreasing in porosity and formation of atomic bonds as a result of sintering process occurred during the burning and therefore it produces the reduction of volume.en_US
