dc.description.abstractIt had been the manufacture of ceramics for construction materials with Clay, feldsfar, Kaolin and Quartz and Boron Compounds binder material. The based materials Variations composition are: 95,96,97,98,99, 100% (in mass%) had equal addition of boron compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5% (in mass%), with sintering temperature 1200°C detention for 4 hours. The Dimensions of test samples was made in form of beams. The test Parameter which was done meluded: Mass Lossed, Volume Lossed, Density, Porosity, Compressive Strength, Hardness, Strong Impact, and analysis of surface structure by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The Result of physical testing was: Loss of Mass 17.18%, Loss of Volume 14.70%, Density 1.90 g/cm3, porosity is 0.55%, while as mechanic it had: Compressive Strength 5.40 Kg/Cm2, Hardness 86.90 kgf/ mm2, Strong Impact 0.89 J/cm2.en_US
