This research aims to determine the influence of organizational justice and
work-family conflict toward quality of work Iife. There were three scales, namely
quality of work life scale, organizational justice scale and work family conflict
scale and involved 508 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan
(Directors Office). Collected data were examined by using multiple regression
analysis. Statistical analysis showed that organizational justice and work-family
conflict indicated to predict quality of work Iife. Three aspects of organizational
justice, showed that interactional justice has a higher contribution to increase
quality of work life. Meanwhile, three aspects of work-family conflict, showed that
time-based conflict has a higher contribution to decrease quality of work life.
Implication of this study that is endeavor management to manage organizational
Justice and work-family conflict in increasing quality of work life.
