dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research is to determine effects of customer transaction behavior to use digital banking during the Covid-19 Pandemic, where effect of transaction behavior is assessed based on the effects of Trust Perception, Security Perception, Convenience Perception, and Benefits Perception on the use of Digital Banking with Features Availability as a moderating variable. The population used in this research is customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Bank BSI) Padang Bulan Sub-Branch, Medan. The research samples based on multivariate analysis are 102 respondents. The data analysis methods in this research are the Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test in the form of Determination Coefficient Test (R2 Test), Individual Parameter Significant Test (t test), and Multiple Linear Regression Test, and the last is carrying out Moderation Test in the form of Moderated Linear Regression Analysis. The research data are processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 23 program. The research results indicate that Trust Perception and Security Perception have no effects on the use of digital banking, even after being Moderated with Features Availability, Trust Perception and Security Perception still have no effects on the use of digital banking during the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, things are different in Convenience Perception and Benefit Perception, which affects the use of digital banking, and after being moderated with Features Availability, both Convenience Perception and Benefits Perception affect the use of digital banking during the Covid-19 Pandemic. | en_US |
