Reklamasi Pantai untuk Keperluan Pembangunan dan Kaitannya dengan Pendaftaran Tanah (Studi di Bandar Lampung)

Abstract

Human being needs for land in use of agriculture, plantation, tourism, livestock, housing and others are more increased. In other side, quantitatively, the area manage human being can increasingly limited. To anticipate the needs, companies or investors utilized coastal regions by doing reclamation. And then, the reclamated land should be 5 1960 listed according to the article-10 of UUPA No. for law certainty. When this sector is not controlled by permission procedure, it will rapidly result in a large impact either for human being environment or layout at the region. For that reason, reclamation of coast wildly is prohibited, turn it should be done by permission procedure. This required procedure is very registration of the reclamated land. for According to researcher's observation, there were still many reclamation of coast not subjected to prevailing regulations, however, land certificate the results of reclamation were still published. For this study, normative and empiris ones. Empiris method was done collecting written materials related closely to problem in study, while empiris was done by collecting information about the actual facts in field. population for this study includes any company Bandar Lampung, performed the coast reclamation in including authorities from some institutions related in the reclamation activities and the local around the reclamated region. The research was done including at coastal Bandar Lampung Municipality, regions within the districts and regency In addition, the reclamation proyect. also repeatly performed at the another region which also did the reclamation proyect, namely Ancol Northern Jakarta. Sampling method was by purposive one, while collection of data was by interview with quistionnaire in addition to observation in field and documentation. The total respondent was 90 heads of household taken at the reclamated from 5 districts located from area, which each of. Sukaraja, Serengsem, and Way lunik districts in some 18 heads of household were taken location.
