Analisis Golongan Darah tidak Segar yang terdapat pada Plastik Menggunakan Spektroskopi Infra Merah Melalui Pendekatan Kemometrik
Abstract
Blood is one identification that can be done to help in criminal cases. Research on the analysis of non-fresh blood groups found on plastic using infrared spectroscopy with a chemometric approach has been carried out. In this study the plastic used is a type of polypropylene plastic. The purpose of this study was to prepare and extract non-fresh blood found on paper using antisera and analyzed using FT-IR through a chemometric approach. The sample preparation process was carried out by drying fresh blood on paper that had been cut into 20x20 cm sections for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 days at room temperature. extraction was carried out using centrifugation. Functional group analysis using FTIR through a chemometric approach obtained results where the wave number region 3400-2800 cm-1 which is the most relevant band range for the analysis of red blood cells. While the most relevant absorption band range is 513 to 1445 cm-1 is the relevant band range for white blood cells. on the chemometric Principal Component Analysis (PCA) scoreplot results obtained with a proportion percentage of 82.9%. This shows that PC1 and PC2 are the main components that classify blood samples.
