dc.description.abstract | Blood is one identification that can be done to help in criminal cases. Research on the analysis of non-fresh blood groups found on plastic using infrared spectroscopy with a chemometric approach has been carried out. In this study the plastic used is a type of polypropylene plastic. The purpose of this study was to prepare and extract non-fresh blood found on paper using antisera and analyzed using FT-IR through a chemometric approach. The sample preparation process was carried out by drying fresh blood on paper that had been cut into 20x20 cm sections for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 days at room temperature. extraction was carried out using centrifugation. Functional group analysis using FTIR through a chemometric approach obtained results where the wave number region 3400-2800 cm-1 which is the most relevant band range for the analysis of red blood cells. While the most relevant absorption band range is 513 to 1445 cm-1 is the relevant band range for white blood cells. on the chemometric Principal Component Analysis (PCA) scoreplot results obtained with a proportion percentage of 82.9%. This shows that PC1 and PC2 are the main components that classify blood samples. | en_US |
