dc.description.abstract | This paper delves into quality of the website of Universitas Telkom Library using WebQuaI 4.0. It employs some data collection methods: library study, observation, documentation study, and interview. Library study collects data from theoretical review search, literature study, references, and various reports related to the research problems. Observations are conducted to collect data by directly surfing websites and using checklist. Documentation study method is applied by collecting data through analysis of information concerning the research problems. Interview method is conducted to the students of Universitas Telkom who use website of Universitas Telkom Library. Results of the interviews are used for supporting data and validating the analysis results. The research results demonstrate that the website of Universitas Telkom Library has generally fulfilled 22 out of 23 WebQual 4.0 indicators. The website of Universitas Telkom Library has also met the 7 out of 8 Usability indicators; 7 Information Quality indicators, 7 Service Quality Interaction indicators, and I Overall indicator with a total percentage of 95.7%.
