Home is one of the main needs for humans. A house is can not only be a place to live, but a house can be an investment asset for some people. When people want to own a house, some people choose mortgage mortgages. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used for credit selection by determining weight values for given criteria, ranking priorities for customers, and optimizing credit limit to be given. Customer priority ranking sequentially is custemer 9, custemer 12, custemer 13, custemer 5, custemer 16, custemer 10, custemer 2, custemer 7, custemer 14, custemer 11, custemer 3, custemer 8, custemer 6, custemer 15, custemer 1, and custemer 4. The credit limit obtained by each customer are are IDR 115.957.000, IDR 41.172.000, IDR 43.050.000, IDR 11.567.000, IDR 47.288.000, IDR 37.148.000, IDR 12.852.000, IDR 54.014.000, IDR 31.080.000, IDR 28.340.000, IDR 13.398.000, IDR 19.947.000, IDR 25.480.000, IDR 21.780.000, IDR 16.335.000, and IDR 7.688.000. So that the maximum allocated funds are IDR 527.096.000.
