Problems with production costs and control of raw materials are important parts of the production sector that need to be optimized. Given the various bad possibilities that can occur during the production process, it is very necessary for a factory to optimize production using the fuzzy linear programming method. Fuzzy linear programming is the development of a linear programming model in determining optimal values that contain fuzzy numbers. From the results of interviews, the Dadi Mulyo tofu factory can optimize production using the fuzzy linear programming method with a tolerance of 10% as the ability of the Dadi Mulyo tofu factory and 5% as a comparison. By calculating using fuzzy linear programming, the value of λ=0.5 is obtained from the excess tolerance of raw materials for optimal results. The results of fuzzy linear programming calculations with an additional tolerance of 10% only require 5% to generate a profit of Rp. 6,006,925. In the calculation of fuzzy linear programming using a tolerance of 5% it only requires 2.5% to generate a profit of Rp. 4,398,627.
