dc.description.abstractTechnology is no longer a foreign thing in everyday life. Not only as a personal need for the community, but technology has become an important element for government target policies, especially in public services. e-Government is one of the solutions to improve the quality of public services with a technology base in its implementation. The Online Single Submission (OSS) application is a business license granted to business actors to start and carry out achievement activities that are assessed based on the risk level of business activities. Services in a manual way are considered irrelevant in line with advances in information technology in today's modern era. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the application of e-government on the Online Single Submission (OSS) application on the quality of licensing services for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Asahan Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative causality research where the sample used is obtained using the Slovin formula which obtains as many as 92 samples as respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using the software application Statiscal Package for the Social Science (SPSS) type IBM SPSS 23. The approach used is e-Government using indicators of elements of success in the success of e-Government according to the Harvard JFK School of Government (2003 in Indrajit, 2006) includes support (support), capacity (capacity) and value (benefits) along with service quality indicators that use service quality dimensions proposed by Zeithaml and Berry (in Muchlis, 2015) include tangibles (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee) and empathy (empathy). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-Government in the Online Single Submission (OSS) application has a positive and significant effect on the quality of licensing services for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the PMPTSP Service of Asahan Regency where business actors consider that the OSS application can facilitate obtaining business permits. quickly and easily. Business actors can also easily obtain business capital loans after having a business license, namely the Business Permit Number (NIB). Then this is evidenced by the results of the t-statistic value obtained by tcount (92,096) > ttable (1,986) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) an adjusted R square value of 0.989 is obtained which indicates that e-government variables are able to contribute 98.9% to service quality while the remaining 1.1% is explained by other variables outside this study.en_US
