Abstract

This research process uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out, namely secondary data collection techniques and primary data. Secondary data of research an, is data in the form of books, journals, and internet sites related to the title of research, while primary data ofresearch an is through observation and interviews. This data collection technique aims to obtain information related to the study problem being studied. After the data is collected, the next thing to do is criticism or verification of the data that has been obtained to find the facts. The problem studied in this study is what makes the community cultivate green deli honey guava cultivation, how farmers cultivate green deli honey guava in Hinai Kiri Village, Secanggang District, Langkat Regency. One of the reasons people cultivate green deli honey guava is as an additional livelihood to meet the economic needs of their families and some people make it their main livelihood. Green deli honey guava in Hinai Kiri Village is generally cultivated in the yard of the house. This study aims to find out how farmers in Hinai Kiri sub-district of Langkat Regency cultivate green deli honey guava, starting from planting, caring, harvesting to marketing
