This paper entitled Maintenance of Penataran Agung Widya Loka Nata Temple in Kampung Bali, (Case Study: Langkat Regency) in this study, the author found that there was no written order from the officials in the maintenance of the Penataran Agung Widia Loka Nata Temple. The methods used for writing use descriptive research-type qualitative methods using direct observation techniques in the field, followed by field notes, participant observations, and in-depth interviews. Interviews with traditional guides and local Balinese people. The survey found that the administrative structure is shared across the Balinese community and no one has been appointed to be responsible for the maintenance of the temple. As for maintaining the purification of the associated sacred implements, this can only be done by a Pinandita or a ritual leader. However, maintaining the temple environment is the responsibility of every Hindu in Kampong, Bali. Kampung Bali's background started in 1974 when he acquired land in North Sumatra for Rp. 15,000, - according to Langkat Agrar. Bali has gone through long twists and turns until the land was cleared and settlements were built in Kampung. Not only that, but the collection of building materials from outside the village he has to carry 17 km. By 2023, Balinese could become economically independent, which was the main purpose of their migration. The author's proposal for this study is that Kampung Bali has been established for over 50 years and is expected to be someone who can maintain its cultural integrity. So the government should help Kampong Bali become a tourist attraction. wanting to play a direct role on Balinese culture of North Sumatra
