Faktor Penyebab Pemungutan Suara Ulang Pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu

Abstract

In 2020, Indonesia held a regional head election all at once for regions that the regional head term of office will ended in the year of 2021. The total of regions that held the genaral election of regional held in 2020 are 270 regions with detail such as 9 provinces, 37 cities, and 224 regencies. Labuhanbatu regency is one of the region that held the general election of regional head in 2020. In the process of general election of regional head there is candidate pairs who has an objection about the final decision that suspected there is some fraud in the process of the election. This study will discuss about what factors that cause the revoting that happened in general election of regional head on Labuhanbatu regency in the year of 2020. This study uses a qualitative method with this type of qualitative descriptive research. The technique of using data used in this research is interview technique and through literature study
