dc.description.abstract | The cattle business has the potential to be developed as a promising business, because cattle are one of the largest meat-producing livestock commodities from the ruminant group for national meat production. The livestock business can survive and develop if the profits obtained are greater than the expenses, so it can be said that it is feasible to continue. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of business development from the financial, technical, economic and management aspects of CV. Mr. Gito in Sidumulyo Village, Langkat Regency.
Data was collected by means of observation and interviews with respondents. data analysis includes financial aspects and non-financial aspects. The results of the study indicate that a financial analysis that is feasible to run with an R/C value of more than one is 1,1. BEP price (Rp) is smaller than the selling price of cattle per head is Rp 11.795.695 and BEP production is 408, Net B/C and Gross B/C are more than one, which is 1,28 and 1,08, NPV is greater than zero or positive value which is Rp 769.925.360, IRR is greater than the specified interest rate, namely of 21%, and the payback period is before the project life, which is 2 year 2 months. And the results of the non-financial analysis in the management aspect which explains that the breeder has managed the beef cattle business as much as possible to produce a good product. | en_US |
