    Abstract
This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine what the community's priorities are when boarding the Trans Metro Deli bus. The approach to the AHP method is to organize the problem to be examined into a hierarchical framework as a problem solver, with goals as the first level, factors as the second level, consisting of criteria and sub-criteria, and alternatives as the third level. Then calculate the eigen vector and maximum eigen value from a pairwise comparison matrix that has been formed. Then test the consistency where CR ≤ 0.1, which is carried out in the process of producing hierarchical weighting factors and scoring factors. The results obtained from all the criteria, namely convenience is the most important criterion for people who use the trans metro deli bus with a weight of 0.412 or 41.2%, then there are safety criteria with a weight of 0.356 or 35.6% and finally the convenience criterion with a weight of 0.232 or 23 .2%. While the results for the alternative, CCTV is the most important alternative with a weight of 0.184 or 18.4%, net with a weight of 0.123 or 12.3%, e-money payments with a weight of 0.119 or 11.9%, Sensor alarm with a weight of 0.096 or 9 .6%, Orderliness with a weight of 0.091 or 9.1%, AC with a weight of 0.078 or 7.8%, Driver behavior with a weight of 0.077 or 7.7%, Bench with a weight of 0.064 or 6.4%, Mobile applications with a weight of 0.062 or 6.2%, driver friendliness with a weight of 0.056 or 5.6% then the bus stop is the last priority with a weight of 0.050 or 5%.
