dc.description.abstract | An analysis of the Magnitude Data of the Mount Sinabung Earthquake has been carried out by using a Broadband Seismograph. The Mount Sinabung volcanic earthquake in 2020 occurred 23 earthquakes. From the calculation of the earthquake magnitude, the average value of the volcanic earthquake was 2.9181 on the Richter Scale. The results of the calculation of the magnitude of the volcanic earthquake of Mount Sinabung in 2020 obtained a magnitude value ranging from 1 to 3 on the Richter Scale. Therefore, the volcanic earthquake of Mount Sinabung in June 2020 is categorized as a micro-magnitude earthquake. The Mount Sinabung micro-earthquake in 2020 was still categorized as normal because the magnitude value of the volcanic earthquake was small and no serious activity was found on Mount Sinabung. | en_US |
