Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Berbasis Website untuk Pemeliharan dan Peminjaman Alsintan: Studi Kasus UPT Mekanisasi Pertanian Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The development of an integrated information system about agriculture such as maintenance and borrowing of agricultural machinery is currently urgently needed by farmers and extension workers who use agricultural tools and machinery who need information on how to maintain and borrow agricultural machinery in North Sumatra. This study aims to design a website-based application for maintenance and lending of agricultural machinery at UPT Agricultural Mechanization in order to be able to present forms for the maintenance and lending of agricultural tools and machinery in North Sumatra Province. The method used in this study is the observation and literature study method, namely data collection by seeking information and conducting interviews with staff and officials at the UPT Agricultural Mechanization of North Sumatra Province. The results of this study are a website-based information system that is expected to make it easier for UPT Agricultural Mechanization officers in North Sumatra Province to disseminate information about the maintenance and borrowing of alsintan in North Sumatra Province, to meet and assist the needs of farmers using alsintan that are fast, accurate, safe and efficient. a simple display that is easy to use and can be accessed remotely and at the same time. The website was designed using CMS Visual Studio Code, Apache web server, PHP and MySQL programming languages
