The background of this research is to find alternative feed sources for livestock, especially cassava waste users. This study aims to determine the effect of feeding fermented cassava peel on the percentage of non-carcasses of local sheep. The research method used was a completely randomized design experiment (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment was given as P0 = 0% fermented cassava peel in the ration, P1 = 25% fermented cassava peel in the ration, P2 = 50% fermented cassava peel in the ration. ration, P3 = 75% fermented cassava peel in the ration. The parameters studied were the percentage of subcutaneous fat, the percentage of kidney fat, the percentage of pelvic fat and the percentage of heart fat. The results showed that the use of MOL fermented cassava skin (Manihot esculenta crantz) as feed for local male sheep had a significant effect on the composition of the percentage of subcutaneous fat, kidney fat and pelvic fat, but had no significant effect on the percentage of heart fat.en_US
