dc.description.abstract | Mental disorders are one of the public health problems that exist in
Indonesia. In general, mental disorders are caused by psychological stress caused
by external and internal pressures. Mental disorders are disorders that exist in the
way of thinking, will, emotions and actions. A person can be said to be mentally
healthy if he can and is able to enjoy life, have a balance between his life
activities, be able to handle problems that exist in him healthily, and behave
normally and reasonably in accordance with the place or culture where he is.
Neglect of mentally ill patients in Indonesia is often done because families do not
know what to do in the treatment of mental disorders. The increasing number of
people with mental disorders is influenced by several factors, namely the lack of
health workers, the lack of family willingness to utilize health care facilities due to
limited family economics, limited access to health services, reluctance from
families to take people with mental disorders to treatment. Social rehabilitation
services are services aimed at helping people who experience social problems so
that they cannot carry out their social functions properly, social rehabilitation
services are also provided in the form of programs in influencing recovery in
clients with mental disorders. This study aims to describe social rehabilitation
services for people with mental disorders at the Indonesian Narcotics
Rehabilitation Focus. In addition, to find out what influencing factors support
recovery in clients with mental disorders, this study used a qualitative approach
descriptive research through interviews with 7 respondents. The results of this
study indicate that the Focus of Indonesian Narcotics Rehabilitation in providing
processes and roles by showing changes in behavior before and after clients get
social rehabilitation services that run at the Focus of Indonesian Narcotics
Rehabilitation. | en_US |
