dc.description.abstract | The implementation of infrastructure development in Biak Muli
Bakhu Village has been well implemented, but the quality of
infrastructure development is not durable. This is because the
appointment of members of the Biak Muli Bakhu Village Infrastructure
Development Activity Implementation Team (TPK) was not objective,
due to pressure from certain parties to fill positions and lack of
coordination between the Activity Implementation Team (TPK). This
study aims to determine the relationship between the Village Head's
Leadership and the Implementation of Infrastructure Development in
Biak Muli Bakhu Village. Therefore, this study has two variables to be
tested, namely leadership and implementation of infrastructure
development.
The type of research used by researchers is associative using a
quantitative approach. The population in this study were the people of
Biak Muli Bakhu village, Bambel sub-district, Southeast Aceh district,
totaling 635 people with a sample of 246 people using probability
sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a
Likert scale measurement that was processed using the Statistical
Program for Social Science (SPSS) to test data validity, data reliability,
data normality, data heteroscedasticity, simple linear regression
analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.
This study produces a simple linear regression equation. The
results of this study are Y = 1.160 + 0.723X explaining that the constant
value of the implementation variable of village development is 1.160 if
the value of the leadership variable is 0. The contribution of the
leadership variable to the implementation of village development is
0.723, which means that when leadership increases by 1 unit, it is
predicted that the implementation of development will also increase by
0.723. In addition, looking at the t-statistical value, which is 26,607,
which is greater than t-table, 1.96, it explains that there is a leadership
relationship carried out by the Head of Biak Muli Bakhu Village, Bambel
District, Southeast Aceh Regency and the implementation of development
carried out in the village or the hypothesis in this study accepted with a
contribution of 74.2% leadership is able to explain the implementation of
development variables, and the remaining 25.8% is influenced by other
variables outside of this study. | en_US |
