dc.description.abstractA sparrow repellent device has been designed for rice plants because farmers have difficulty protecting rice plants from sparrows. Therefore, research on the design of a sparrow pest repellent on rice plants was carried out. The design of the tool uses arduino uno type V3, type A346 PIR sensor, HCSR04 ultrasonic sensor, Mg996R servo motor, SFM-27 buzzer and LED (Light Emitting Diode). From this design, the PIR sensor is tested from a distance of 1-5 meters to test how far the range of the sensor is. Tests were also carried out on ultrasonic sensors by displaying a serial monitor display through the Arduino IDE to see if the sensor could emit ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves emitted by ultrasonic sensors can be used to disturb sparrows so that birds will stay away from these waves.en_US
