dc.description.abstractHuman resources have a leading role in every organizational activity. This shows that human resources are the primary key to achieving the goals of an organization or company. Quality health services are health services that care and are centered on the needs, expectations, and values of customers as a starting point for providing health services and become a requirement that must be met to give satisfaction to the community as service users. This study uses a quantitative method with SPSS software version 29.0.0.0, namely analysis using the Simple Linear Regression method, which is used to determine the relationship between the variable HR Ability (X) and Health Services (Y). In conducting this study, researchers used the data retrieval technique used was the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires). The data source is primary data, and respondents' answers are scored using a Likert scale. The number of Samples represented was 50 respondents. The results of this study can show that there is a positive influence between the ability of human resources and health services at the dolog massagal health center. With the results of the variable realities test with the value of the variable reliability test results obtained, the reliability value is 0.851, and the reliability is very good. According to Wiratna Sujerweni (2014), the questionnaire is said to be reliable if the Cronbach alpha value is >0.6, meaning that the items are very reliable as a data collection tool in this study.en_US
