Based on the results of the study, it is found that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Medan Baru Subdistrict is not going well. This is evidenced by the lack of PKH assistants which is not proportional to the number of PKH recipients which is increasing every year. In the aspect of communication, PKH assistants find it difficult to interact with PKH recipients in inputting data for updating. In the aspect of bureaucratic structure, PKH recipients ask for transparency in the PKH implementation process starting from the data collection process to the validation process of prospective beneficiaries so that in the future there will be a sense of trust in the community in the PKH implementers. Based on the disposition aspect, there is an uneven distribution of PKH recipients. This is due to recipient data that is not fully in accordance with the reality in the field, making it difficult for PKH assistants to change recipient data because the data is directly provided by the central government. The difficulty of PKH facilitators connecting with the central government causes PKH recipients to be off target.
