employee work effectiveness can be measured in three dimensions, namely
quality, quantity, and time. Problems that are often found related to making e KTP such as the occurrence of illegal levies, people are lazy to take care of e KTP, employees discriminate between the community in providing services,
employees are not disciplined in service time, and employees are not punctual in
issuing e-KTP. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of

said to be valid if there is consistency or compatibility between the information
provided by one informant and another informant regarding the effectiveness of
employee performance in making an Electronic Identity Card (E-KTP) at the
Binjai City Population and Civil Registration Service.
