Analisis Sifat Mekanik Material Komposit Polimer Berongga (Polymeric Composite Foam) dengan Variasi Polyurethane yang akan digunakan pada Pesawat UAV

Abstract

Composite is a material consisting of a mixture or combination of two or more materials either micro or macro, where the material properties of the different shapes and chemical composition of the substance came from. Composite material is a material made of two or more materials that remain separate and distinct in a macroscopic level while forming a single component. The purpose of this study is to get the mechanical characteristics of composite reinforced polymeric foam Oil Palm Trunk fiber used in body planes. Tensile test is a method used to test the strength of a substance / material by providing a load coaxial style. Compressive strength is the capacity of a material or structure to withstand the load that will reduce its size. The average voltage value of the test results is 6,1784 MPa and tensile test results press is 13,18619473 MPa. Strain the average value of the tensile test results is 0,14216 mm/mm and the results of the test press is 0,241212618 mm/mm. Modulus of Elasticity value of the average of the test results is 450,52476567221 MPa and tensile test results press is 54.6442656 MPa.
