dc.description.abstract | The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the whole world, including in Indonesia and has had an especially impact on Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Which resulted in many difficulties faced by humans, including those faced by the Village Community Empowerment Institution in carrying out their roles in the village and also village officials. This study aims to find out what roles are played by Village Community Empowerment Institutions in village development during the Covid-19 pandemic and what obstacles they face. This study uses development theory as an analysis in looking at the role of Village Community Empowerment Institutions in village development. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with observational data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Village Community Empowerment Institutions in village development is quite good, but still not optimal. Obstacles faced include the co-19 pandemic, a very limited activity budget, few active human resources in the management of LPMD. It really needs to be considered by all parties in the village to actively participate in participating with Village Community Empowerment Institutions so that a good coordination climate is created solely for the development of Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. | en_US |
