Pengaruh PDRB dan Dana Perimbangan terhadap Kemiskinan pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Aceh (2010-2020)

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of PDRB (Gross Regional Domestic Product) and Balance Funds (General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Aceh Special Autonomy Fund) on the Poverty in the Regencies/Municipalities in Aceh Province. Secondary data from 2010 until 2020 are used in this research collected from 23 Regencies/ Municipalities in Aceh province. The research employs panel data analysis model using the aid of Eviews 10. The result of model selection using Chow and Hausman Test indicates that Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the best model for this research. The research result using Fixed Effect Model (FEM) indicates that Gross Regional Domestic Product and General Allocation Fund have negative and significant effects on the poverty. Special Allocation Fund has negative and insignificant effects on the poverty. In addition, Aceh Special Autonomy Fund is highly required. However, Special Allocation Fund is found to have positive and insignificant effects on the poverty in the Regencies/Municipalities in Aceh Province. The result of correlation test (Adj-R) of the research variable is 0.93911.
