dc.description.abstractFoot Therapy Tool is a device that aims to help in the recovery process in patients with walking disorders, uncomfortable grips and the risk of patients falling in the treatment process causing concern and discomfort. The purpose of research is to design foot therapy devices in accordance with consumer wishes. Tool design using the Quality Function Deployment method. QFD is a product design method oriented to customer needs. QFD Phase 1 will give priority to technical characteristics for tool design improvements. While QFD Phase 2 will produce critical part priorities for tool design. Research at XYZ Hospital in Tebing Tinggi, tecnik sampling used total sampling with a sampling of 10 patients. The results of designing foot therapy devices modify the main skeleton to make it simpler. Then the addition of foam armstool, changing the handrail material to rubber, wheel retaining components and seats for users.en_US
