dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is to delve into effects of talent management, performance incentive, and self-awareness on employee performance at Regional Office of the National Land Agency in North Sumatera Province through employee well-being. This descriptive quantitative research takes all employees working at Regional Office of the National Land Agency in North Sumatera Province as its population with a total number of 114 people, and all of them serve as the sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with analysis tool Smart PLS version 4.0 is used as the technique of analysis. the research findings demonstrate that: (1) talent management has positive yet insignificant effects on employee well-being, (2) talent management has positive and significant effects on employee well-being. (3) performance incentive has positive and significant effects on employee well-being. (4) performance incentive has positive and significant effects on employee performance, (5) self-awareness has positive and significant effects on employee well-being. (6) self-awareness has positive and significant effects on performance, (7) employee well-being has positive and significant effects on employee performance. (8) Talent management has positive and insignificant effects on employee performance through employee well-being as an intervening variable, (9) performance incentive has positive and significant effects on employee performance through employee well-being as an intervening variable, (10) self-awareness has positive and significant effects on employee performance through employee well-being as an intervening variable.en_US
