dc.description.abstract | The intention to resign working is a circumstance that makes employees leave their jobs either voluntarily or forced One of the factors that make the intention to resign working is job insecurity. In addition, work stress is also an aspect that causes the intention to resign working. The objective of this research is to analyze effect ofjob insecurity and work stress on the intention to resign working through early retirement. The population and sample in this research are 58 employees of PT. XYZ Medan Branch. The data are analyzed using descriptive analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that job insecurity and work stress have positive and significant effects on the intention to resign working In addition, early retirement can strengthen job insecurity and work stress on the
