Pengaruh Learning agility Terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Milenial di Kota Medan
Abstract
This research was conducted to see the effects of learning agility on turnover
intention of millennial employees in the city of Medan. The questionnaire used is
the learning agility and turnover intention scale with a total of 142 subjects. The
method used in this study is a quantitative method and data analysis using simple
linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that learning agility
has a positive effect on turnover intention among millennial employees in the city
of Medan. The results of these findings indicate that the higher the learning agility
of millennial employees in the city of Medan, the higher their turnover intention.
