dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine whether reluctant staying as moderator may influencing the
relationship of engaging leadership on continuance commitment. This study is a population
research with total amount of subjects around 92 people. The method use in this study is
quantitative method. The data collection method uses likert scales, namely engaging
leadership scale, continuance commitment scale, and leaving preference scale. This study
uses simple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 25
version. The results concluded that the engaging leadership has no effect on continuance
commitment. Then, the reluctant staying has no effect as moderating variable to moderate
the relationship of engaging leadership and continuance commitment. | en_US |
