dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the influence of leadership transformation style on job satisfaction. The population in this study are employees at PT. X with the number of samples in this study totaling 80 subjects. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection method uses a Likert scale, namely the leadership transformation style scale and the job satisfaction scale. The subjects analyzed in this study totaled 68 subjects, because some of the data did not meet the test assumptions. The data obtained were analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results of this study obtained a p value of 0.002 > α (0.05) that the transformational leadership style has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership style has a significant effect of 134% on job satisfaction and the linear regression line obtained Y = 1.256 + 0.677 indicates that, the better the transformational leadership style applied by the company, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction.en_US
