dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee
engagement at PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia. The method used in this research is a
quantitative method. The subjects in this study were 90 employees of PT Tolan Tiga
Indonesia. The measurement tools used in this study are the transformational
leadership scale and the employee engagement scale. The transformational
leadership scale was adapted by researchers based on the aspects proposed by Bass
& Avolio (1996), and the employee engagement scale was adapted based on the
work engagement aspects proposed by Schaufeli & Bakker (2006). The data
analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study
indicate that there is a positive influence of transformational leadership style on
employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.005. | en_US |
