dc.description.abstractCommunity Resilience is urgently needed by online motorcycle taxi drivers in facing stressful situations. Because with community resilience, online motorcycle taxi drivers can survive and be able to deal with adverse situations and move on from their problems. There are several factors that influence community resilience, one of which is perceived social support. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perceived social support and community resilience in online motorcycle taxi drivers. This study involved 115 online motorcycle taxi drivers in the Medan city area who were selected using a convenience sampling technique. The variables of community resilience and perceived social support were measured using questionnaires that were distributed online and offline via google form and questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS. The results show that there is a significant and positive relationship between perceived social support and community resilience, where online motorcycle taxi drivers who have good perceived social support will also have good community resilience.en_US
