Happiness needs to be owned by students who are working on their thesis. The
length of the process in working on the thesis will have an impact on subjective
well-being. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on subjective
well-being in students who are working on their thesis. This study used 138
research subjects. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with
data collection methods using a Likert scale, namely the self-efficacy scale and
the subjective well-being scale. The data analysis used is a simple linear
regression method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive
influence of self-efficacy on subjective well-being in students who are working on
their thesis. Self-efficacy contributes 28.4% in increasing subjective well-being.
These results indicate that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the subjective
well-being of students who are working on their thesis.
