dc.description.abstractHappiness needs to be owned by students who are working on their thesis. The length of the process in working on the thesis will have an impact on subjective well-being. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on subjective well-being in students who are working on their thesis. This study used 138 research subjects. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection methods using a Likert scale, namely the self-efficacy scale and the subjective well-being scale. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of self-efficacy on subjective well-being in students who are working on their thesis. Self-efficacy contributes 28.4% in increasing subjective well-being. These results indicate that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the subjective well-being of students who are working on their thesis.en_US
