This study aims to see the effect of organizational learning on the workforce agility of
the employee in PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The subjects in this
study were 265 individuals who are the employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III
(Persero) Medan. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The data
collection method uses a likert scale, which is a organizational learning scale and a
workforce agility scale. The data analysis method uses a simple regression analysis
method. The results of this study showed that there is a positive significant effect of
organizational learning on the workforce agility of the employee in PT Perkebunan
Nusantara III (Persero) Medan by 54,9%. This result showed that the more effective of
of organizational learning than the higher of workforce agility.
