dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see the effect of power distance on the employee engagement of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The subjects in this study were 265 individuals who are the employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The data collection method uses a likert scale, which is a power distance scale and employee engagement scale. The data analysis method uses a simple regression analysis method. The results of this study showed that there is a negative significant effect of power distance on the employee engagement of in PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan by 9%. This result showed that the higher of power distance then the lower level of the employee engagement.en_US
