Pola Rekrutmen Politik Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya (Gerindra) pada Pemilihan Legislatif di Kabupaten Deli Serdang pada 2019

Abstract

This thesis is motivated by the recruitment pattern of the Gerindra party in the Pileg in Deli Serdang Regency in 2019. This thesis aims to explain how the recruitment pattern of the Gerindra party in the Pileg in Deli Serdang Regency in 2019. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that is directed at providing facts or events in a systematic and accurate manner regarding the nature of the research and analyze it based on the data obtained. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and through literature study. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it shows that there are several things regarding the recruitment pattern of the Gerindra party in the Pileg in Deli Serdang Regency in 2019, namely that there is a strategy for the Gerindra party in the 2019 legislative election, an open recruitment pattern and the generation of the Gerindra party and the Gerindra party‟s efforts to improve the quality of its candidates in Deli Serdang Regency in 2019. From this research it can be concluded that the recruitment pattern for the Gerindra party in the 2019 Legislative Election in Deli Serdang Regency is open recruitment.
