dc.description.abstractLeadership is the ability to influence a group to achieve a vision or set of goals. One that affects the performance of employees in an organization is the leadership style. This is because the success of the organization is supported by the role of a leader with his leadership style in influencing his subordinates. This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance, the Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance and the Effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. In the Padang Bulan Selayang II Village, Medan Selayang District, several problems were found, namely the lack of compliance with working hours and there were still employees doing work outside of their jobs. The research method used in this research is descriptive research using quantitative analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population used in this study were all employees and heads of the environment who worked in the Padang Bulan Selayang II Village and the community. In this study using Total Sampling method. The research samples obtained in this study amounted to 30 respondents. This study uses a questionnaire as data collection. Test the validity of the data using Pearson Correlation and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. All questions are declared valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple regression and hypothesis testing (T test and F test). Based on the analysis performed, it is known that the influence of leadership style on employee performance has a significant effect as indicated by a significance sign of 0.000<0.05 and a tcount of 7.112>2.05183 which means H1 is accepted. There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance tcount of 2.735> 2.05183 and a significance value of 0.011 <0.05 which means H2 is accepted. This means that based on direct interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees and the public, that there is a democratic leadership style applied by the lurah so that the lurah is able to pay attention to the needs of employees in order to improve employee performance.en_US
