Pregnancy is a period of female reproduction that requires physical and psychological adaptation, this adaptation will also be felt by family members (such as husbands, siblings, grandmothers, grandfathers and other family members) because new family members will be present or family members will have a role new. Pregnancy is called the antenatal or antepartum period, which is the period that starts from the first day of the last menstruation (HPHT) and ends with the birth of the baby or is called the intranatal period. Pregnancy is divided into 3 trimesters, namely: Trimester I: HPHT days up to 12 weeks, Trimester II: 13 to 28 weeks, Trimester III: 29 to 40 weeks. Based on the nursing problems that have been prepared according to gestational age, plans are drawn up and carry out nursing actions and carry out evaluations that refer to the goals and outcome criteria. Therefore, it is suggested that health services are specifically required to be able to help mothers so that mothers are careful to maintain their pregnancy in each trimester until the process of childbirth and postpartum.en_US
