dc.description.abstract | Typhoid fever (abdominal typhus) or more popularly with the name of typhus

by decreased BB and decreased appetite (D.0019), Ineffective Thermoregulation
b.d Disease processes (e.g. infection) characterized by fluctuating body
temperature and pallor (D.0149), Intolerant Activity b.d Weakness is characterized
by feelings of complaining of fatigue and feeling weak (D.0056). The nursing
outcomes given are Nutritional Status, Thermoregulation and Activity Tolerance.
The intervention is Nutrition Management, Temperature Regulation and Activity
Therapy. Evaluation obtained Nutritional deficits are still not resolved continue
