dc.description.abstractTyphoid fever (abdominal typhus) or more popularly with the name of typhus among the people is an acute infectious disease caused by the germ Salmonela typhi that attacks the gastrointestinal tract. The case on An. G, The patient's mother said the patient had a fever < 1 week ago, before being taken to the hospital the patient had 3x loose stools and a slight hampas, the patient's appetite decreased and what the patient ate came out again, and the client experienced nausea and vomiting. Diagnosis obtained Nutritional Deficit b.d Psychological factors are characterized by decreased BB and decreased appetite (D.0019), Ineffective Thermoregulation b.d Disease processes (e.g. infection) characterized by fluctuating body temperature and pallor (D.0149), Intolerant Activity b.d Weakness is characterized by feelings of complaining of fatigue and feeling weak (D.0056). The nursing outcomes given are Nutritional Status, Thermoregulation and Activity Tolerance. The intervention is Nutrition Management, Temperature Regulation and Activity Therapy. Evaluation obtained Nutritional deficits are still not resolved continue intervention, Thermoregulation is resolved and Intolerance is resolved.en_US
