Abstract

Inventory is a collection of electronic and non-electronic items that are in an institution, be it offices, hospitals, or schools that are used as tools to support operational activities. To facilitate the process of calculating and recording these inventory items so that human errors do not occur, both in counting errors and even embezzlement of inventory items, a useful system is needed to record and count inventory items that are entered into a room and record if the items come out. from the same room. The system created to record and identify these inventory items is to create a Non-Electronic Inventory Recording and Identification System using RFID Mid Range 915 MHZ Iso 18000-6C Technology. Where this system uses several devices to carry out the functions and performance of these tools. The tools used are NODEMCU ESP8266 (as a microcontroller), Rfid as a reader of tags that have been affixed, RFID tags (as a device that sends radio waves). Then this tool will connect to the database via wifi so that can be displayed on the interface.
