Sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is one of the most widely cultivated varieties of catfish due to its faster growth, high FCR, low abnormalities and more resistance to disease. Garlic (Allium sativum) is a plant that contains high carbohydrates. Giving garlic extract can affect growth and increase disease resistance in fish. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dosage and feeding rate of the addition of garlic extract to feed to affect the growth and survival of sangkuriang catfish. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with 2 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment was carried out by adding a dose of garlic extract to the feed with three levels, namely without garlic extract (E0), 10gr/kg feed (E1), 15g/kg feed (E2) and a feeding rate of 2% (F1), 3%. (F2), 4% (F3). This research was conducted for 60 days of rearing to determine the increase in weight, increase in length, Feed Covertion Ratio (FCR) survival (SR) and water quality. The results showed that the interaction of garlic extract with different doses and feeding rates had an effect on the growth and survival of sangkuriang catfish. Treatment E3 (garlic extract dose 10g/kg feed) and F3 (feeding rate 4%) were the best treatments for the growth of sangkuriang catfish
